I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree (Hons) in Biology and Chemistry and I am a certified Precision Nutrition Coach. Having played sports all my life, nutrition, exercise and how the body works has always been an interest of mine. Through continuous education and gaining confidence/belief in myself, I feel I have the tools necessary to help kickstart your fitness journey. As a semi professional footballer for Drogheda United FC and Shelbourne FC over the past couple of years I have realized how important it is to look after your body in all aspects, playing league of Ireland football can be challenging physically and mentally, as I started to take up in the gym I seen improvements drastically in them area’s. I fell in love with the gym side of things and decided to go and get my personal trainer qualification EQF level 4. I have brought every aspect of the gym into my football and now bringing all my professionalism from football into the gym!
