My name is Eva Tretjakova, I am a mother of two. I have a Bachelor Degree in Psychology, which helps me work with people, listen to them, understand and help them to find the best way. We communicate in English, Russian and Latvian. After the birth of my second child it was very difficult for me to lose excess weight and I could not understand why I was gaining weight despite the fact that I eat very little. I used to go to the fitness centre 3 times a week but still gained weight. So I started taking interest in Fitness & Healthy nutrition and it has become my life challenge. The main thing is not to be afraid of leaving your comfort zone, because this is the only way to get to know your limits. When achieving any goal it is very important to know and understand exactly how to achieve your goal and move this way, or at least go in the right direction. And discipline is imperative. This cause-and-effect relationship can be very well understood when you reach out for your fitness goal, because here everything depends upon the efforts you put in. Your coach can show you the goal, support you in hard times, can tell you what is better, more efficient, and point out what is done improperly. Any gym member with more or less definite intention but having no correct vision of what can be achieved in a gym, what to eat or not to eat, this person can continue this activity for years but won’t reach any results. It is the same as if you come to a railway station every day, go to the platform, but do not get on the train. Before I start working with a client I discuss the desired results, evaluate the previous experience and specify health state, eating habits – everything which can help to achieve a desired goal or can impede this process. Working with a client I use all the knowledge which I have obtained during my studies, as well as my personal experience, which I got trying to improve my body shape.
