TERMS & CONDITIONS

FLYEfit reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check online at regular intervals for changes.

RECURRING MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRINCIPAL TERMS

  1. This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance in the Declaration section of the web sign up process.
  2. Your membership starts immediately, unless you select a deferred Start Date. (If you are availing of a pre-opening membership rate at a new gym, your membership will start the day the gym opens)
  3. You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable for the type of membership chosen.
  4. You cannot transfer this agreement to anyone else.
  5. You manage your own account in your MYFLYE account. FLYEfit will not intervene in your account, you enter your details and make any amendments to your account.  You may also book classes/gym intros and update your details.
  6. Members must use our Gym Access App on each visit to gain access to FLYEfit and must not share their App with anyone else. To download and install the app, you can visit the App or Play Store on your iOS/Android device and search for FLYEfit. Tap the “Download” or “Install” button to get the app on your device.

FEES AND CHARGES

  1. The Registration Fee and first month’s membership fees are collected by credit card/debit card (whichever you chose) on your membership application date.  These fees are not refundable under any circumstances other than during the cooling-off period, as detailed below.
  2. If you join the gym and change your mind, you are entitled to cancel your membership at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days from the date of commencement of your membership by informing memberservice@flyefit.ie by midnight on day 14. Where you have not used the gym, you will be entitled to a full refund of all joining fees and membership fees paid. Where you have used the gym prior to cancellation, we reserve the right to charge you a reasonable fee for your gym usage during this period. Fair use policy applies.
  3. Your second monthly membership fee will be collected one month after you joined, unless you joined prior to your gym opening in which case it will be collected one month after the gym opened.
  4. Your monthly payments will be deducted by the method you choose upon joining (either credit card/ debit card) You can amend your payment method in MYFLYE (please change payment details at least 72 hours before your payment is due)
  5. Subsequent monthly membership fees will be collected monthly thereafter and these monthly payments made are not refundable. If a payment is not received on the due date, once is it is received prior to the cancellation of the membership, it will be backdated to the due date as this date is linked to your membership start date.
  6. If any monthly membership fee is returned unpaid or if any other form of payment is not honoured, we will send you an email informing you of the bounced payment.  You will have 72 hours to make payment before your access is suspended.  You will be required to make payment in MYFLYE by credit card/ debit card within 21 days to reactivate access and avoid paying the Join fee of €25.  As the payment has not been received on the due date, it will be backdated to the due date as this date is linked to your membership start date.  Non payment will result in your account being automatically cancelled and a registration fee will apply again if you wish to re-join.
  7. All unpaid monthly fees including pause fees will be subject to €1:33 bank charges. These charges cover costs to FLYEfit for an unpaid payment.  Your bank may also charge you unpaid fees.
  8. Monthly Memberships can be Paused for a Fee of €5.00 per Month or partof.  Any remaining Membership Days due for your last full Membership Fee payment will be stored on your Membership Account (MYFLYE) until you restart the Paused Membership.
  9. We do not intervene in your account, you manage your own account so we can only apply for payment from a card / bank account that you enter into MYFLYE payment details, therefore unpaid fees are non refundable in any circumstance.

RECURRING 3-MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

  4. Your 3-Monthly payments will be deducted by the method you choose upon joining (either credit card/ debit card) You can amend your payment method in MYFLYE (please change payment details at least 72 hours before your payment is due)
  5. Subsequent 3-Monthly membership fees will be collected tri-monthly thereafter and these payments made are not refundable. If a payment is not received on the due date, once is it is received prior to the cancellation of the membership, it will be backdated to the due date as this date is linked to your membership start date.
  6. UPFRONT ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRINCIPAL TERMS

  1. This annual membership commences once you have indicated your acceptance in the Declaration section of this web sign up process.
  2. Your membership starts immediately, unless you select a deferred start date. (If you are availing of a pre-opening membership rate at a new gym, your membership will start the day the gym opens).
  3. You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable for the type of membership chosen.
  4. You cannot transfer this upfront membership to anyone else.
  5. Members must use our Gym Access App on each visit to gain access to FLYEfit and must not share their App with anyone else. To download and install the app, you can visit the App or Play Store on your iOS/Android device and search for FLYEfit. Tap the “Download” or “Install” button to get the app on your device.

FEES AND CHARGES

  1. The joining fee and full year’s membership fees are collected from you on your membership application date and are not refundable under any circumstances, other than during the cooling-off period, as detailed below.
  2. If you join the gym and change your mind, you are entitled to cancel your membership at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days from the date of commencement of your membership by informing memberservice@flyefit.ie by midnight on day 14.   3. Renewal of a 12 Month Upfront Membership: An email informing you when your membership is due for renewal will be sent to all 12 month upfront members, 1 month prior to the date that the membership is due for renewal. This email will detail;
    1. The cost of renewal
    2. The date of renewal
    3. Renewal link
  4. If your membership is not renewed by/on the specific renewal date, your membership will be deemed to have lapsed and you will not be allowed access to the gym without payment.
  5. Your Annual Membership can be Paused for up to 90 days during the lifetime of the Membership.
  6. If you wish to re-join after your membership has lapsed, you will have to pay the Join Fee and the current upfront prices that are being charged to new members.
  7. You agree to amend any change to the members details and access details provided in MYFLYE.

FLEXIPASS/PAY AS YOU GO MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRINCIPAL TERMS

  1. The Flexipass/Pay as you go membership starts once you have indicated your acceptance in the Declaration section of the web sign up process.
  2. Your membership will be activated on the date’s you specified and is valid only on those date’s.
  3. Members must use our Gym Access App on each visit to gain access to FLYEfit and must not share their App with anyone else. To download and install the app, you can visit the App or Play Store on your iOS/Android device and search for FLYEfit. Tap the “Download” or “Install” button to get the app on your device.
  4. You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges exercisable for the type of membership chosen.
  5. You cannot transfer this daily membership to anyone else nor transfer to another date. Flexipass/pay as you go Membership is non-refundable/non-transferable.
  6. You can only attend the gym on the dates specified for gym access, if you need to change these dates, you can do so before 23:59 the day before the start date.

FEES AND CHARGES

  1. The Flexipass membership fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

GENERAL TERMS

  1. PRESALE MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. The pre-sale rate, once purchased prior to the opening date of the relevant FLYEfit gym, is valid for one year only from the opening date of the gym, or until you transfer to a higher priced gym location if doing so during the first 12 Months, if you do not cancel in the interim.
  2. You will be charged on the date you join up and purchase the membership. This will guarantee you the pre-sale rate prior to opening and will activate on the official opening date of the new gym.
  3. Pre-Sale rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other Promotional or Discounted Rate.
  1. GENERAL TERMS 
  1. You agree to comply with the Rules of Membership (the Rules) which are displayed prominently in the gym and on our website which relate to opening hours, use of facilities and your conduct. We may make reasonable changes to the Rules at any time provided that we give you advance notice of the change.
  2. We may terminate this agreement with immediate effect on notifying you if you are in breach of the Rules. Your membership and Gym Access will be cancelled immediately.
  1. You should also notify your bank to confirm cancellation of payment instructions in circumstances of cancellation.
  2. We may assign the benefit of this agreement and our rights thereunder to a third party on notice to you. Your rights under this agreement will not be prejudiced.
  3. If we take no action or let you off any breach of this agreement or give you extra time to pay or comply, it will not stop us enforcing the terms of this agreement strictly at a future date.
  4. We reserve the right to increase our fees at any time once we give you prior notice.

SECURITY:

LOCKERS

  1. Lockers are provided in all gyms. Please ensure that you lock all belongings away securely at ALL Times! Management is not responsible for loss or theft of any items whilst on the premises.
  2. Lockers are only for the time you are in the gym and are not allowed for overnight use.

BICYCLE RACKS

  1. There are bicycle racks in / close to FLYEfit gyms.  Use of these bike racks is at your own Risk. Security of your bicycle is your responsibility.  Please ensure your bicycle is securely locked at all times. Management accept no responsibility for loss or theft for your bicycle or any items linked to your bicycle whilst in or close to FLYEfit premises.

SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Competitions are open to republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over. Proof of age could be required.
  2. Competitions are not open to employees and their immediate families of FLYEfit.
  3. Closing date will be published in the social media post and entries must be submitted before this date. Entries submitted after final closing date will not be included.
  4. Prize(s) will be described in the social media post and is non-transferable.
  5. There is no cash or prize alternative. In the event of cancellations, there will be no refund of the value of the prize.
  6. By participating in FLYEfit social media competitions, you agree to be bound by the competition terms and conditions.
  7. The rules of the competition will be fully described in the social media post and the winner will be contacted by social media (through private message or reply to the competition entry).

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of a FLYEfit Gift card online. Your purchase and redemption of vouchers and/or use of our website confirms your acceptance of these terms.
