Pilates is head to toe conditioning, it is a full body and mind workout that focuses on muscle balance, posture alignment, flexibility, and core strength. No muscle group is overlooked or overused. A great class to do to improve core strength, posture and prevent injury.
Does this class really need a description? This class is a serious glute and ab burner and will make you feel great! You will use a variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells that will be yours for the whole class (no sharing). All levels welcome!
