Hey guys, I’m Bruno. I am a certified personal trainer (ITEC details) and a fitness enthusiast based in Macken Street. I’ve been involved in sports since an early age and finally got the chance to pursue my hobby as a life career. I have a background of crossfit, parkour and calisthenics.

I’m certificated Functional Training and Movement Expert and Nutritionist. With my clients I focus mainly on the correction of body misbalances, which are usually an outcome of long hours spend at the desk. Busy work and everyday life plus rarely moving makes body grow heavier and covers it with unnecessary KGs. My job is to show you how to get rid of them, in a most suitable way for you. If you are lost in the gym and walking around between treadmill and gym machine and think ‘gym doesn’t work’ I WILL HELP YOU to cut off this aimless travel. If you have tried already many diets like 1000 kcl, blood type diet or even banana diet etc and they don’t work, I will explain why and which definitely do.

Helping clients achieve all sorts of goals, from performance based, to losing weight, and all the way to getting into that dress for their special day.
The approach Rob takes with people is very straight forward, first things first, is to make sure you have fun and learn along the way. On day one you will go through a movement assessment, so that Rob can make sure the programme he puts together is specifically tailored to you and your goals. With nutrition, there’s a lot of information out there and the “which is the best diet” questions comes up a lot. The first thing that gets done here, is Rob will find out exactly where your knowledge with nutrition currently lies. From there he will then make sure you learn along the way, taking the guessing and confusion out of it all.
People focus too much on the before and after, or the ‘’I’ve got 6, 8 or 10 weeks to get ready for X event’’. That’s all good and well to start, but the main focus should be on the long term, the AFTER AFTER, not just on the before and after.

Hi, my name is Scott and I’m a Personal Trainer here at FLYEfit Macken Street. I have dedicated the past twelve years of my life to the study of anatomy, movement, pain science and exercise, starting with my BSc Honours in Physiology in Sports Science at Glasgow University. After leaving and beginning my work as a PT, I discovered that textbook style training never yields the best results, and studied further with Faster Health and Fitness where I reached the level of course director and movement educator, meaning I train and mentor other PTs on how to improve in their careers as well. Even with so many years in the industry, I am still always seeking new education on ways to improve what I can offer my clients.

I spent four years studying the anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and psychology of the human body and the effect exercise has on these parameters. I had a desk job in the tech industry and left it to pursue a career in sports, nutrition, and personal training. A change I have thoroughly enjoyed and my aim is to ensure that you likewise enjoy the time in the gym as well as get the results you want. Personal training for me is to make sure that you reach the goal you want as efficiently and as safely as possible, and most importantly that you are happy with the results you achieved. Having undergone knee surgery and it taking much longer than it needed to be for me to recover, I truly understand the importance of an individualized program and that’s what I’ll be doing for you. So whether you are with me to train for a race, recover from an injury, improve your strength training, or simply to look and feel better, I will be helping you step by step along the way. How I do this is by putting in just as much effort as you do and to make sure I never stop learning about nutrition and personal training.
