Hi, Daniella here, Gym and Group Fitness Instructor (NFQ Level 4), Personal Trainer (NFQ Level 5) and Strength & Conditioning Coach (NFQ Level 6). I am also an enthusiastic nutrition coach who will love to help you towards the best you can be. In my first year at primary school I had my first contact with sport got a gold medal 3K running and since then I could never ever be able to stop being involved with physical activities in general and my passion for fitness just grew. Now all I want is to share with you my experience and no matter what your goals are, mind-set, fat loss, muscle gain, strength or improve your fitness level, I will be with you. For nutrition and training I will educate you through an evidence based knowledge only. My love of the gym and fitness began from my sporting background. I have been weight training since I was 15 years of age. I am currently playing rugby for one of the top clubs in Ireland and I am also a level 4 personal trainer, qualified from UCD. I am truly in love with living, representing and encouraging a fitness mind-set. I am a highly motivated coach that is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals be it weight loss, developing strength or improving your mobility and flexibility.
