I currently coach and train with pro boxers and Irish international boxers due to my involvement as a coach in Crumlin boxing club. The boxing industry requires precise and individualized diets which must achieve the boxers goal for their weigh ins. This experience has enriched my expertise in nutritional advice and creating food plans as this is a critical factor within the fitness industry.
