I am a qualified personal trainer (EQF level 4) with over 12 years gym experience. I obtained a mathematics degree before I moved into personal training. I’m a husband and father, and I know all about the challenges of successfully balancing a home and work life, while staying fit. I’ll help you find the balance that works for you.
