I could flex my muscles and shout lofty slogans to you. But I’m not like the others. There are trainers who have a sharp approach, and have punishing training routines and monotonous diets. Rice, broccoli, chicken! You’ve heard it all before, sure it works, but at what cost? I enjoy my food, I enjoy my training and I don’t see a need to punish myself to look and feel great.
