Since the age of 13, fitness has been the biggest part of my life. I started playing football from a young age and then eventually climbed the ladder to Semi Pro.
The concept of specific diets and matching training regimes as part of a team programme was something that always interested me. Unfortunately due to knee injury at the age of 23 my football career was cut short. I then turned my full attention to gaining as much knowledge as could about health, fitness, weight loss and nutrition.

I got into fitness as I was overweight and I realised that people around me made fun of me. From then on I knew I had to change.
