Hi, I’m Seán. I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer currently studying Sports Health and Exercise Science, with a lifelong passion for fitness and performance. From a young age, I’ve been deeply involved in sport and training, competing in powerlifting at a national level.
My mission is simple: to help people achieve their personal goals in a way that fits their lifestyle and builds long-term success. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, build muscle, step into the gym for the first time, or improve performance in your sport, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
