FLYEfit Crumlin will soon to be our newest Supergym located in the Ashleaf Shopping Centre. This state-of-the-art gym will be a Hammer Strength Training Centre featuring everything from a heated chamber to a Yoga/Pilates/Dance studio.
This gym is packed with premium equipment and will include everything from Olympic Lifting platforms to stretching areas and everything in between.

Does this class really need a description? We will strengthen and tone those all important areas! We will use a variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.
Boxercise is a form exercise that has boxing style concepts. It will involve shadow boxing, punching, ducking, combos. There will also be conditioning circuits added in to help speed, endurance and power. Teaming up with a buddy and doing pad work will be also in the class. Great class for dropping body fat, getting fit and getting that anger on the pads!
An interval based class focusing on cardio and strength, elevating the heart rate while also working on muscular endurance. The best of both worlds
DanceHIIT is a high intensity interval training workout that combines high-energy cardio dance routines with targeted strength training exercises for a total body workout. This will be a fun, high energy class bringing your fitness to the next level!
Heated Polar is a high intensity class that is set in a heated chamber with a climate of 30°. You are given a Polar Heart rate monitor at the start of the class which is displayed on the screen in front of you to help you work harder and compete with friends.
Kettlebells is all bells, no whistle. A hardcore workout, that focuses on technique, safety and quality of movement. This class will work every major muscle, build power and shred body fat, FLYEfit Style.
METCON is short for Metabolic Conditioning. These classes are designed to increase energy usage in short sets of high intensity. You will be working hard throughout the whole class increasing your heart rate, improving your overall fitness level.
