Located in Beacon South Quarter, FLYEfit’s 20th gym is coming! This gym will be packed full of state-of-the-art equipment for all levels of fitness. You will find strength equipment, cardio machines, heated chamber, spin studio, dance/pilates studio, astro area & MORE!
This gym will also be equipped with spacious changing facilities and free parking.
Does this class really need a description? We will strengthen and tone those all important areas! We will use a variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells.
BOX is a form exercise that has boxing style concepts. It will involve shadow boxing, punching, ducking, combos. There will also be conditioning circuits added in to help speed, endurance and power. Teaming up with a buddy and doing pad work will be also in the class. Great class for dropping body fat, getting fit and getting that anger on the pads!
COMBAT is an excellent form of fitness training with High Intensity Training that will burn fat and tone muscles in a fun & safe environment! Punch and Kick your way to fitness and burn up to 600 + calories! Train like a fighter – without picking up the bruises!
DanceHIIT is a high intensity interval training workout that combines high-energy cardio dance routines with targeted strength training exercises for a total body workout. This will be a fun, high energy class bringing your fitness to the next level!
Heated Polar is a high intensity class that is set in a heated chamber with a climate of 30°. You are given a Polar Heart rate monitor at the start of the class which is displayed on the screen in front of you to help you work harder and compete with friends. The class uses a combination of our Concept Bike, Row & Ski Ergs and Assault fitness bikes which will definitely get you sweating! A great class for increasing endurance and fitness!
METCON is short for Metabolic Conditioning. If you love our STRONG and SWEAT classes then this is ideal for you as it brings the two together! You will be working hard throughout the whole class increasing your heart rate, improving your overall fitness level in a fun environment! This is sure to be a serious calorie burner and will improve your fitness fast!
