Hi,
I’m Kata, a certified personal trainer who started exactly where you are —unsure, low on confidence, and completely new to fitness. I know how overwhelming that first step can feel, and that’s why I specialise in helping beginners feel supported, confident, and capable to become more and more advanced with the right tools. My goal is to make that first step feel simple, to show you the importance of staying active and fit, to help you create little habits that will guide you towards a more balanced lifestyle . I create beginner-friendly workouts that focus on building strength and boosting confidence—without pressure or judgment.
Bodybuilding has given me so much, both physically and mentally, so im hoping to guide my own clients through a similar, positive experience as well.
