My name is Alex and I am a personal trainer here at Flyefit Ranelagh. I am a qualified personal trainer (EQF level 4) with over 12 years gym experience. I completed a mathematics degree before I moved into personal training. I also obtained a 1st degree black belt in Taijitsu and trained for many years in MMA.
When meeting you, my priority is to find out your specific goals and tailor make a plan that will help you achieve your targets in an enjoyable and efficient way. I work on real, sustainable and permanent body transformation and provide sensible and easy to follow nutritional advice.
