Hi, I’m Igor — a passionate and energetic coach dedicated to helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.

I’m qualified in Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, Group Fitness, as well as specialised Kettlebell training and Exercise-to-Music. My journey into fitness started about four years ago after I was diagnosed with diabetes. That experience completely changed my perspective on health and showed me just how powerful consistent training and a balanced lifestyle can be.

After transforming my own habits and managing my health, I knew I wanted to help others do the same. Since then, I’ve worked with clients across Dublin, especially those in their 40s to 60s, supporting them in fat loss, building muscle, and improving endurance.

For me, fitness isn’t just about physical results — it’s also about mental wellbeing. I’ve seen how exercise can boost confidence, reduce stress, and improve overall quality of life, and that’s something I aim to bring to every session.

My coaching style is positive, supportive, and full of energy (with a bit of humour too). I want every person I work with to feel comfortable, motivated, and excited to train.
