Hey everyone,
My mission is to help you build both mental and physical strength inside and outside the gym. When you work with me, you won’t just start to look your best, you’ll feel it too. Confidence, energy, and self-belief is what we’re building, and that’s a promise!
A bit about my background – I’ve been training for over 10 years and have always had a strong passion for health and wellness. Outside the gym, I love swimming and surfing – the sea is my happy place. I played Gaelic football for a decade before an injury pushed me to rebuild myself stronger, both physically and mentally. I also trained in karate from a young age, reaching third brown belt by age 14. These experiences shaped my resilience and understanding of the body. Now, in my own time, I like to combine strength and circuit training, boxing, and yoga, because I believe balance – training hard and recovering well—is key to long-term results.
For me, the gym should be a safe space for you –a place where you can switch off, build confidence, and enjoy the process. So I’m here to support you not just physically – but mentally too, helping you overcome any fears or doubts that might be holding you back. Together, we’ll build healthy habits that fit your lifestyle and move you closer to your goals. Everyone deserves to feel strong and confident in their own body and I’d love to help you get there.
