Meet Amy

 

Hi, I’m Amy!

I spent the last 6 years in the United States
studying and learning about strength &
conditioning, nutrition, and psychology. I got my
bachelors in psychology and my personal training
qualifications while playing football competitively
on an athletic scholarship.

I help people make long lasting changes in not
only their physique and physical performance, but
also in their overall health, lifestyle, and mentality
by overcoming negative habit loops, overcoming
self-limiting beliefs, and creating new habits and
perspectives.

I believe in balance and sustainability when it
comes to fitness. It is important to find the right
training plan for you individually so that you enjoy
the process while working toward your goals.
I want to help you achieve your goals, whether
that be fat loss, gaining muscle, improving athletic
performance or overall strength, improving your
mindset and habits, or gaining confidence both in
the gym and outside of the gym.

Whether you’re an experienced athlete or you’re
brand new to the gym, I would love to walk
alongside you while you achieve your goals and to
help support, motivate, and guide you along the
way all while having fun!
