Hi, I’m Shaun, a results-driven personal trainer with over 10 years of experience helping clients achieve sustainable, measurable change. I’ve worked with everyone from beginners to athletes, delivering tailored training that gets results. My focus is on building lasting habits through evidence-based methods and effective, personalised coaching. Over the past decade, I’ve helped more than 200 clients make real, long-term progress.

 

I specialise in fat loss, functional strength, and muscle building, adapting each plan to your current fitness level, I also provide nutrition guidance, mobility work, and injury prevention support to help you train safely and consistently. My coaching balances structure with support, making the process effective, enjoyable, and sustainable.
