Hi, I’m Pati, certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist with a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.

I’ve started working out in the gym around 9 years ago just shortly after having a hard time. As I was stressed all the time, I lost my appetite which led to underweight. I was very low in energy and I got to the point where I wanted to focus on my mental health and wellbeing.

As I incorporated resistance training into my fitness routine, I didn’t have to wait long to notice not only significant improvement in my strength but also increase in healthy muscle mass. Another vital component I focused on was a well-balanced diet which is key to maintaining healthy weight.

As your personal trainer, I will not only provide you with effective workout routines but also educate you about proper form, nutrition, and lifestyle habits that will support your long-term success.
