The Games will see FLYEfit’s most fearless members put their strength to the test to be crowned FLYEfit’s fittest
What is The Games?

The Games is the search to find FLYEfit’s fittest members, where competitors will battle it out in everything from deadlifts, squats and lunges to sandbag carrying, assault biking and rowing.

Prepare to test the limits of your fitness with push ups, pull ups, ball slams and wall balls, or any of the movements deemed necessary to find FLYEfit’s fittest – we may even throw in a couple of burpees if you’re lucky!

The Heats – What’s Involved?

Choose the location in which you want to compete in the heats. On the day, you will be given two-three workouts to complete for time. The workouts could include everything from weighted lunges and burpees to kettlebell swings and bodyweight squats – but these will remain top secret until the day and may vary from gym to gym. The workouts are to be completed for time, and if you achieve the best time in your group, you will go through to the final. You only need to compete on one day to qualify for the finals.

On each day 12 men and 12 women with the best overall times will qualify.

Over the coming weeks we will be releasing a number of example workouts from last year’s FLYEfit Games finalists and from our own PTs. These workouts will give you an idea of how to prepare for The Games. Don’t forget to follow us on social @FLYEfit and use the hashtag #FLYEfitGames2019 to let us know how you’re preparing!
