Hi.
My name is Nathan Byrne
I am a Personal trainer here at FLYEFit, Finglas

Little bit about me and why I do what I do:
I have always had a major interest in fitness/sports from a young age and still do playing football since I was 5/boxing since I was 8 years old and still do both to this day.

I became a Personal Trainer to assist people that may be just starting their fitness journey or may just be unsure how to tailor make a plan that works in and around you’re busy working/social life to achieve you’re dream goal.

My opinion on fitness:
I personally think fitness training should be an essential factor to everyone’s lifestyle. Weather you want to gain STRENGTH, want to get LEAN or just overall want to gain CONFIDENCE in yourself that 1% more each day.
