Meet Jens

 

Hi, I’m Jens! I’m a Personal Trainer here at Flyefit Sallynoggin.

Originally from Finland, I’m a certified personal trainer with a long background in competitive sports, including ice hockey, football, tennis and athletics. Since settling in Dublin with my family, I’ve even found a passion for hurling!

We Finns are known for our ‘Sisu’ – a word meaning ‘willpower’ and ‘perseverance’ – and this certainly captures my philosophy in sport and life. As a father to two young children, I understand how busy life can get, and the challenges involved in trying to juggle fitness with other responsibilities. However, I also firmly believe that prioritising personal health enables us to show up at our physical and mental best for others.

My approach is to show clients that there are smart and simple ways to improve their fitness, by developing personalised plans that cater to each lifestyle. Our workout sessions will be hard but fun, and I promise that you will never regret one!
