Hi, I’m Jen!

I love strength training and long walks on the beach.

My goal as a coach is to get people physically and mentally strong and getting you over the finish line of that event you’ve been dying to sign up for. Whether you’re training for an OCR (Obstacle Course Race), diving into the world of Hyrox, or just wanting to feel stronger and more confident in your own skin, I want to help you get there. For me, training isn’t just about aesthetics or hitting PBs – although those are definitely part of the fun. It’s about building a life where you actually enjoy moving your body, feel proud of what it can do, and create sustainable habits that last well beyond the gym.

The mental side of training is just as important as the physical to me because when your mindset shifts, everything else follows. My approach is all about removing the intimidation factor that can come with stepping into a gym. Training should be challenging and motivate you to push yourself, but you should also be able to have the craic along the way.

I want to get you excited about your workouts, to create a plan you look forward to each week, and to help you feel like you’re living your very own training movie montage — great soundtrack and all. We’ll make training something that adds to your life, create a better and healthy relationship with food and learn how to fuel your body for your goals without feeling like there’s a jail cell waiting for you for having a bit of chocolate.
