Hi I’m Hannah, Certified Personal Trainer Specializing in Women’s Health & Fitness.

I have an extensive background in strength training, pole fitness and cheerleading and have been on my own fitness journey over the past 6 years. My goal is to help women to achieve sustainable fat loss, build lean muscle, and develop lasting confidence both in the gym and in everyday life.

My approach combines evidence-based training methods with personalized coaching to support women at every stage of their fitness journey.
