Hi, I’m Dylan a Personal Trainer here in FlyeFit Galway. My journey started as a child playing Rugby and GAA and from there my love for the gym and improving my performance and general health grew. Now having studied Sports and Exercise Science and gained my qualification in Personal training I want to help YOU. Whether you’re chasing your first chin-up, looking to get shredded, or want to move better on the pitch, I’ll build a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle. No fluff. Just proper training, accountability, and education that sticks.
