Hi, I’m Doireann – Personal Trainer here at FlyeFit.

I’m a fully qualified Level 4 Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. I hold a BA in Performing Arts from UL, followed by a one-year pre-university physiotherapy course. This led me to pursue a BSc in Sports Therapy, which I am currently in my final year of.

Through my studies, I’ve developed a strong understanding of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and effective training for weight loss and overall fitness which helps clients move better, feel stronger, and achieve long-term, sustainable results.

With a background in competitive Irish dancing, I understand the discipline, consistency, and mindset it takes to work towards a goal and how to help others do the same.

I’m especially passionate about working with beginners and creating a welcoming, supportive environment in the gym. Starting out can feel intimidating, so I focus on building your confidence and giving you clear, simple guidance every step of the way.
