Hi, my name is Brian Clarke, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NCEF) and Sports Therapist (ITEC).
With over 10 years of experience training in the fitness industry, I am a certified personal trainer (CPT) and licensed sports therapist (LST) dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Holding certifications from the National council of Exercise and Fitness (Limerick University), CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and a diploma in Sports Therapy from ITEC (Irish training & Educational Centre) bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my offering.

Experience and Expertise:
Specializing in strength training, weight loss, and injury rehabilitation and athletic performance, I have worked with some clients who suffered from carpal tunnel syndrome, Chronic Pain, and neuromuscular imbalances. My holistic approach combines personalized training programs with evidence-based sports therapy techniques to ensure optimal results and prevent future injuries.
