Launching the Largest Heated Polar Chamber in Ireland!

Last weekend saw the launch of our biggest Heated Polar Chamber yet in Swords. To celebrate the launch, we held a Heated Polar class in the new studio, which was completely sold out.

The high-intensity session gave members their first taste of the new chamber, set to a challenging 30 degrees and featuring a circuit of ski ergs, assault bikes, bikes, and rowers. The atmosphere was electric as participants pushed through rotating stations in a fast-paced, full-body workout designed to test both endurance and power.

The event marked a major milestone for FLYEfit, and the feedback from members on the new Heated Polar Chamber has been hugely positive. We’re excited to officially open the space and look forward to welcoming even more members into our biggest and most intense Heated Polar experience yet.
