TRYKA is a form of hybrid training, combining cardio and strength in one high-energy session.

This class takes you through the official movements used in TRYKA racing, including sled pushes, lunges, wall balls, rowing and functional strength work. A perfect alternative to HYROX and suitable for all fitness levels, whether you’re trying it for the first time or training to compete.
