Hey! My name is Tylá and I am a Personal Trainer and Group Instructor here in Swords!

I am a qualified Neuromuscular Therapist and Orthopeadic Sports Massage Therapist, and I am currently studying Sports Science at DCU. I have played sports competitively all my life – waterpolo, tennis and hockey.

A few years ago, we had lockdown and fitness was on the rise. I realised that I could turn this passion into a career.

Then – I got injured. I had a rough ride for 3 years where I couldn’t play sport, couldn’t push myself, and I said goodbye to all kinds of lower body exercise.
Enough of the soppyness now though —> Fast forward and here we are, I changed my perspective of the situation and adapted to the cards I was dealt. I focused on becoming the strongest, most resilient version of myself.
