My approach to fitness is that no one is AVERAGE. There is no best diet or training that applies to everyone all the time.
Sometimes it’s not enough to have a goal. You need an action plan to accomplish it, too. This is where many people fail.
My goal is to help you and make sure that you are doing right things at right time which is a key to success.
