Hi guys I’m Paul here from Flyefit Georges Street.

I am the FLYEfit Georges Street Gym Manager, I have also been a resident personal trainer here for over 5 years now with 2 years prior experience Strength and Conditioning Coaching and kickboxing among other types of training over the years.

Since coming into coaching I have helped people that have never stepped inside a gym before become experienced lifters through detailed programming, nutritional guidance , and step by step support to get them to where they want to be with their results with getting ready for a holiday, preparing for a wedding and even stepping on the platform for a powerlifting competition.

My main goal for my clients is to get them to where they want to be with their results while educating them also in what they are doing in the coaching sessions to allow them to get the most benefit out of each training session when they come into the gym.
