Hey! My names Luke, I’ve been training for the last 4+ years, experiencing all of the ups and downs you can face in the gym.
I also played Gaelic football for over 10 years which is what got me into lifting weights in the first place.
My goal is to help people feel stronger, more confident, and happier through fitness. I believe training should be about more than just the workouts — it’s about building healthy habits, staying consistent, and finding a routine that fits your lifestyle.
