My Name is Keith I am the Manager here in FLYEfit Sallynoggin

I’ve been in the fitness industry for 4 years now, I’m a level 4 certified personal trainer, I also hold a certificate in Level 3 Fitness Instruction and Group Instruction from IFT, and Movement & Mobility from the Elite Fitness & Performance Academy…

I began my own fitness journey just over 6 years ago, and quickly fell in love with training due to the great benefit it had on both my mind and body. I know how daunting it can be to start from scratch, and how hard it is to break habits and challenge yourself! This is what drove me to pursue a career in the fitness industry, so I could encourage any beginners, or those who have taken a break from training for whatever reason, to get the ball rolling and begin the journey to becoming the best version of themselves…

I believe that training should be flexible, fun and individual to each person and their goals to achieve the best results , wether it be improving your strength/fitness, toning up, losing weight or creating that ‘beach body’.
