Being active has always been a great part of my life. With almost ten years of competitive sport behind me, I can truly say that being fit is not only beneficial for the body, but for our mental health as well.
I understand how the gym could seem like a slightly intimidating environment at first, especially if you’re a beginner, but I believe I could show you there’s absolutely nothing to be afraid of.
My goal is to help you build confidence, set your goals, and reach them step by step, both outside and in the gym.
