Hi my name is Jayden and I’m the Assistant Manager here at Flyefit Galway.

I started my fitness journey 8 years ago with little to no confidence and knowledge about the gym. From there I developed a passion for learning about the fitness industry and working on myself and my own physique.

3 years ago I took the leap and became a qualified gym instructor. From there on I made my mission to not only change my life for the better but help others do the same!
