Hi my name is Fionn but you can also call me Finn if it is easier 😉 I am a personal trainer and group instructor here at Flyefit.

With over 15 years experience in the gym environment and qualified in a wide range of holistic therapies, I have continuously worked on all aspects of self development in my own life.

I do the same with my clients, not just aiming to improve you physically in accordance to your personal goals, but overall lifestyle. This includes helping you clean up and improve your eating habits which I am passionate about, personally subjected to various weight loss fad diets in the past. I will guide you how to produce the physical results you want but with the necessary after care to maintain it! Helping you build that body you want from the gym as well as the kitchen.
