Hi, I’m Dylan, a Personal Trainer and Duty Manager here at Flyefit Galway.

 

My journey in the gym started over 10 years ago after dealing with injuries, going through rehab, and wanting to improve how I looked and felt. Fat loss was a big motivator at first, but I quickly realised the gym offers far more than just physical change, it builds confidence, structure, and balance in life (while being a bit of craic too).

 

That’s the approach I take with my clients: training in a way that feels enjoyable and sustainable, not like a chore. I hold an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and Physical Activity, which gave me a strong foundation in building a healthy, active lifestyle through exercise science, rehab, nutrition, psychology, and behaviour change. I’m now furthering my studies with a Master’s in Physiotherapy to expand how I can help people move and feel their best.
