Meet Ciara

Hey guys, my name is Ciara.

I am an excited and fulfilled personal trainer working at FLYEfit Drumcondra. My history in sports & training ranges from GAA and camogie as a kid to competitive cheerleading with Strike Force Cheer in later years where I was truly taught the importance of strength & body conditioning. It was here that I fell in love with fitness. I have always been obsessed with training, anatomy & just understanding the biological reasons why we train how we do so I feel I can be the best coaching in both training you but also helping you understand what works for you specifically and why we do why we do in each session. Along with the physical aspect , we will be strengthening our mindsets and building healthy habits. The misinformation around weight loss and fitness is at an all time high & my biggest goal is to make sure you excel in your goals while being able to spot the social media gimmicks a mile away. #mindsetiseverything
