Hi, my name is Chuka
I am an enthusiastic and passionate individual who has over 4 years experience in personal training. My fitness journey started while I was playing and coaching sport mainly Rugby, Cricket and Football. I knew from a young age that the Fitness and Sporting industries was where I wanted to be .
I believe that training is something that everyone has to incorporate into their lives, not only for the physical health benefits but also for their own mental health. I love to plan and merge all different types of training styles into my session planning.
My main aim is to get my clients to enjoy and have fun during each session. I want to go away from each session knowing that my clients have worked hard and benefited from every session that they take part in. I am passionate about sharing the knowledge which I have acquired over the years with clients and colleagues and help everyone to achieve their goals.
Fitness is a lifestyle and unless you learn to enjoy it , it will not be sustainable in the long run. Your determination is heavily reflected by your work rate. Working through simple and balanced programs that caters to your goals will lead to great success when it comes to achieving your targets.
