Meet Chriss

Hi my name is Chriss,

I’m a Duty Manager and Personal Trainer here at FLYEfit Dundrum. I’m a fully qualified Level 4 Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Group Instructor, and studied both Sports & Exercise Management and Health & Performance Science at University College Dublin. Having lost 56lbs myself I’m able to use my own personal experience, non-judgemental attitude and qualifications to bring you high quality training plans completely tailored to you!

I think it’s important to approach fitness as a lifestyle so that you can achieve your goals while still balancing your other commitments. Your training should be fun and fit around your day-to-day! There’s no point in a training plan that you don’t find enjoyable, that’s why I tailor every plan to suit the individual, and we can keep altering it as you reach your goals!
