Hey! I’m Aisling (but you can call me Ash).
I am an Exercise Professional, Sports Scientist, and a fully qualified Level 4 Personal Trainer here at FLYEfit Dundrum.
I believe in an evidence-based (or no bullsh*t) approach to health and fitness. I believe that fitness should enhance your life not take away from it! So I use an individualised approach for each person to ensure your plan fits your lifestyle and goal.
I work with aspiring people looking to build confidence and take ownership of their health and fitness both inside the gym and in their day-to-day. I hope to guide, support and educate you along your fitness journey. Whether you’re an elite athlete or you’re browsing the site for the first time yet to step foot inside the gym, I am confident that we can reach your goals together!
When it comes to my own journey, it sounds rather cliché! Growing up I have always been sporty and into health and fitness, playing hockey for 10 years while moving into coaching. I loved coaching and helping people better themselves and watching them learn new skills.
I hope to do the same for you!
