My approach to fitness is simple, do the basics, do them well and do them repeatedly & consistently and you won’t go too far wrong, no matter the goal.
In my opinion, it’s a lifestyle change which is all about introducing small habits and better choices within our daily and weekly routine. These habits should go hand in hand with our daily responsibilities with work commitments, as well as family life at home.
I have a decade of training experience under my belt to go along with my qualifications as well as being a dad throughout 7 of those years. Being able to manage these things all while working towards a healthy daily lifestyle routine is where I believe I can help a lot of people. Helping real people facing real world responsibilities make real change on their fitness journey….zero generic plans included!
