What to expect from a Sweat Class?

Are you chasing that feeling you only get after a good sweat session? Sweat is the class for you. In this class we use heart rate training as our main go to to give you that feel good factor. Using circuits, emoms, amraps and other conditioning methods. Our FLYEfit coaches will guide you through a balanced fitness session to make you the fittest you’ve ever been!

There will be no sharing of equipment during this class. Each Member will use the same equipment from start to finish.

  • Intermediate and Advanced Fitness levels
  • Please bring a sweat towel and water
