Just bring your Access Card and drop over to the Gym.
You can always check in advance how busy the Gym is predicted to be here.

Meet Sylwia

Hi Guys, Sylwia here. I am fully qualified Personal Trainer and Group Instructor based in Flyefit Ranelagh.

My aim is to use my knowledge and experience to help YOU achieve your fitness/health goals whether it is to lose body fat , work on your technique, strength, or simply to get more confident in the gym environment.

To broaden my knowledge I have completed extra workshops such as TRX training, Kettlebells , StrongMan, Blackroll( fascia release), Pre & Post Natal and the closest to my heart PILATES.

I use Pilates as a base training for my clients for restoring body – mind connection and improving core strength. Strong core will help you to lift more , will protect you from lower back pain and improve your posture.

I offer 121 sessions or small group sessions , as well as posture assessments
