Hi Guys, Sylwia here. I am fully qualified Personal Trainer and Group Instructor based in FLYEfit Ranelagh.
My aim is to use my knowledge and experience to help YOU achieve your fitness/health goals whether it is to lose body fat , work on your technique, strength, or simply to get more confident in the gym environment.
To broaden my knowledge I have completed extra workshops such as TRX training, Kettlebells , StrongMan, Blackroll( fascia release), Pre & Post Natal and the closest to my heart PILATES.
I use Pilates as a base training for my clients for restoring body – mind connection and improving core strength. Strong core will help you to lift more , will protect you from lower back pain and improve your posture.
I offer 121 sessions or small group sessions , as well as posture assessments
