My name is Sophie King and I am a personal trainer and duty manager at Flyefit Macken Street. I have over four years experience in the fitness industry in numerous fitness centers and areas of fitness including personal training, group fitness instruction and different fitness classes. I am a fitness enthusiast and have been participating in sport from an early age. My background includes, GAA, Basketball, Olympic lifting, TRX and yoga.
My Qualifications to date are:
– Bachelor of arts (level 7) in Sports Management and Coaching
This includes: Personal training, strength & conditioning, Olympic lifting, Performance analysis, professional coaching, fitness instruction, sports psychology, adapted physical activity and nutrition.
– CTAA Accredited yoga teacher training
– CARA disability Inclusion training
What do these qualifications mean to you? well firstly, through four years of college it has enabled me to specialize in many areas. I aim to use my knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals in the most efficient manner. Not only will I coach you through enjoyable sessions, I will educate you on recovery after each session and nutrition for your goals.
The aim for working with you is lasting results, not a quick fix. I want to help clients transform their lives, not just their bodies. If you work with me we will work toward your goal and make your results last with no rebound six months later.
