My name is Sebastian. I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and massively enthusiastic about sports, health and fitness. I like to take a holistic approach to client’s fitness journey and be involved in every aspect to help them realize their goals. Whether it’s looking at training, diet and lifestyle as a whole, I am passionate in aiding clients achieve a healthy, balanced routine and become the best versions of themselves.
I love to help people feel comfortable and confident inside the gym and out and to uncover their full potential. I have a background in sport and exercise science and trained for last 10 years, then moving on to powerlifting. I love coaching weightlifting with a powerlifting influence and writing training programs which challenges clients whilst also being educational and enjoyable.
