Hi there! My name is Sam and I am one of the fully qualified personal trainers and group fitness instructors here at FLYEfit Macken Street.
A little bit about me, I have been going to the gym since I was 16, focusing mainly on gaining strength and building muscle. It has helped me not only with physical changes to my body, but mental changes too. I have spent many years following programmes that were one size fits all and they did not account for my needs, abilities, likes or dislikes. This is something that I ensure is part of the programmes that I design for my clients because enjoyment, specificity and adherence are what helps us get results. No matter what your goal is whether that be body composition, health and well being or a strong body, you can rest easy knowing that it is my mission to help you achieve it.
