Fitness is a core part of my life. Having been training for over 7 years, I bring my own experience, expertise & knowledge into play. I’ve been in sports my whole life but took an interest in weight lifting. I have competed in both Powerlifting & Bodybuilding.
I’m a fully qualified Level 4 Personal Trainer, fitness instructor & group instructor & also continue on with research and studying to better my knowledge to help you!
