Hi my Name is Stephen and I am a fully qualified in Personal Training, Group Instruction and Nutrition for Physical activity! I am currently working through earning my Strength and Conditioning qualification.

I believe fitness is an essential part of a healthy well balanced life! Not just for your body but for your mental well-being! I have trained for many years in team sports, running, resistance training and various strength & conditioning techniques! Recently I have turned my passion into a profession and would love the opportunity to help you achieve your goals!
