Although I’ve always been an active person, my love affair with the gym only began 3 years ago.
After multiple injuries from playing rugby, I took some time out to build myself up through weight training. Not only did I get my body healthy and back on track, but I found a whole new hobby! I was amazed to find how much the gym helped me mentally! My morning workout would set me up for the day and I’d feel like I could accomplish anything and deal with anything that the day threw at me.
After seeing all these benefits, I decided I wanted to share this amazing way of life with others, help them on their fitness journey and assist them in achieving their goals, whether they be performance goals, weight loss or muscle gain.
